Goes, Monday the 6th of April 2020 - Resort Duynzicht and Roompot will also team in the coming years. Both represent such great added value for each other that they confirmed the extension of their cooperation in full corona crisis. The Duynzicht resort is located in Julianadorp, a seaside resort in the upper tip of North-Holland.
Resort Duynzicht, part of Hogenboom Vakanties’ portfolio until 2016, will also be working with Roompot in the coming years. The Netherlands largest and one of Europe's leading providers of holiday accommodations, has been renting out the 32 luxury beach villas for the owners of the resort for more than 4 years and will continue to do so after 2021.
In the upper tip of North Holland, on less than a 10-minute walk from the beach and sea, people will find the luxury villa Resort Duynzicht. Here Roompot’s guests start their day quietly with breakfast in the garden of the villa, then head out and explore the beautiful surroundings.
If one books a holiday at Resort Duynzicht on Roompot’s website, his intention is to fully enjoy the luxury beach villa, but also to take beautiful walks and bike rides, including routes along colourful flowering fields, the vast northern dunes and nature reserve Helder Dunes.
In addition to that, the children will also have a great time on the beach. The nearby beaches Strandslag Zandloper and Strandslag Julianadorp have a Blue Flag, a European quality mark for clean and safe marinas and beaches.
Beautiful luxury beach villas
For years, the resort has been very popular with the holiday maker who loves the sea and the nature around it. Under the Roompot flag, all 32 luxury beach villas were thoroughly renovated in 2018 and 2019, so that guests now enjoy the 6-person houses even more than ever before. It comes as no surprise that guest satisfaction is particularly high for this resort.
The detached luxury villas of over 95m2, with thatched roof, all offer 3 bedrooms with box-spring beds, two bathrooms and a sauna. Some villas also come with a bubble bath in the garden. The kitchen has a large refrigerator with freezer, a combination microwave, dishwasher, cooker and coffee maker.
Strong partnership between the owners and Roompot
The connection between the owners of the beach villas of Resort Duynzicht and the leading coastal player, Roompot, is strong. To the extent that both extended their cooperation in full corona crisis.
Roompot CEO Jurgen van Cutsem is very enthusiastic about the extended collaboration: “Resort Duynzicht is a beautiful park that fits perfectly into our portfolio and strengthens our varied coastal offer in North Holland.
